The Commissioner is in the process of approving registered training organisations (RTO) to provide responsible service of alcohol (RSA) training. RTOs that wish to apply for approval should follow the guidelines for RTOs.
If you have completed Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training prior to 1 November 2020, you are not required to re-do the training with one of the Commissioner’s approved RSA training providers.
From 1 November 2020 all RTOs conducting RSA training must be approved by the Commissioner.
The following RTOs are approved to provide RSA training.
To receive training, contact one of the RSA approved providers below.
Get a copy of your RSA certificate
Certificates are issued by RSA training providers. If you have completed your RSA training, contact your training provider for a copy of your certificate. CBS does not issue RSA certificates.
If you can't get a copy of your certificate from your training provider, for example because they no longer operate, you must complete RSA training again with an approved training provider to get a certificate.
