People in the building and construction industry facing a variety of challenges can access free and confidential one-on-one support, guidance and resources.

The Master Builders SA (MBASA) program called RISE promotes resilience, inspiration, skill and endurance, led by coaches sharing their industry knowledge and mentorship experience.

It is targeting business owners, subcontractors, and workers in the building and construction industry. It also offers tailored support for female and First Nations people. The scheme is free to all South Australians employed in the building and construction industry and is supported by a $150,000 state government grant.
