1 June 2017
A 24-year-old man from Balaklava is due in court this month accused of working without a licence and accepting cash for services he failed to complete.
The Commissioner for Consumer Affairs will allege the man accepted $645 to install a verandah, but failed to complete the work within a reasonable time.
The Commissioner will also allege the man carried on business as a building work contractor when he did not hold the relevant licence.
He is due to appear in Court on June 13.
