CBS Updates
8 September 2017
A 58 year old man is due to appear in court next month to face allegations he worked as a building contractor while unlicensed.
The Commissioner for Consumer Affairs will allege the man advertised on the Internet as a building work contractor, despite being unlicensed.
It will be further alleged that the man worked as a contractor on three sites – including replacing guttering and piping, repairing roof capping and painting, and replacing broken roof tiles – while unlicensed.
The matter is due before the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 10 October.
